How did you managed to get two accounts? They are pretty strict with having more than one account. To your question about using it on your existing USD account the answer is it depends on how old your account is. In google adwords they don’t allow to have vouchers if your account is more than 3 years I think.
I’m not sure if this applies to Adcenter. I haven’t really tested it to old accounts but so far most guys who got the $200 Bing didn’t have any problems entering the voucher. The voucher will work for US based accounts. I’m not sure for UK, if not you can always sell the voucher to other people.
It doesn’t matter if you buy the hard copy or the kindle edition. As long as you buy the book, you will get the $200 adcenter voucher.
